Supply Only Bedrooms

I attach a copy of the email sent to supplyonlybedrooms, which received an unhelpful reply. Their service appears good to begin with, but too many mistakes are made, with no contrition shown. I am an experienced DIYer and was able to rectify their errors where I could, but I wonder if they should only sell to the trade; my advice would be to check all of their responses closely- they often do not know their product well enough. Our bedroom looks very good, with one major exception, which cannot be resolved. Mike, hi- all done! I should like to say thanks to yourself, Lewis, Steve and Dave for all of your assistance- please feel free to use any of the following comments in your advertising etc. Your staff have all been very helpful and courteous throughout the lengthy transaction; you have also been very generous in not asking for further payments when additional items such as plinths, shelves etc have been requested. The materials used have been top quality: the wood, the metalwork including such items as carcass levellers etc. The doors and drawers all soft close beautifully- the overall impression looks great, I'm sure you will agree. Of course, there were errors: non profiled work tops, delivery dates, numbers of hinge plates, no instructions for fitting the above bed boxes were minor issues. More difficult were the holes in the wrong places on one of the wardrobes, and I have to admit to throwing a tantrum over the drawer front measurements which really threw me for a while. I was left to solve this myself, which I eventually managed but by heavens it was not easy to resolve- I do hope that you have changed the instructions here. Or was it the carcasses which were wrong? We'll never know now. However, there is a major issue and it won't go away- our elephant in the room as we won't discuss it: the small drawer fronts. You have to agree that they look pretty stupid with no design on them. Before we ordered, I specifically asked the question whether the drawers would have the same design as the doors as it wasn't clear from your catalogue- this was the time to tell us that the narrow drawers could not be made with the same design. It also might have come out when the 3D diagram was offered at the outset, but was denied us when we finalised our order. I can find nowhere a statement that the narrow drawers would not be the same. Of course, I exacerbated the situation by ordering the bedside units as they now are. So this one thing will always spoil the whole design- I hope noone else falls into the same trap. Are we absolutely, 100% certain that these drawers cannot be made to look the same? Thanks again. Kind regards. Keith.

Very helpful from start to finish. All done over the phone. no hard sell. Sale staff (Mike) very helpful. Checked my order to make sure we hadn't missed anything such as extra handles for the longer draw fronts. (Thanks to Mike for that would never even thought of it) kept informed by phone with regards delivery time. Builder who done the install for me has asked for their contact details as he was very impressed with the quality and finish of the furniture. Cant ask for a better recommendation then that I will be recommending them to friends

Have purchased from Supply Only Bedrooms a number of times now, being a trades person I need a company that I can rely on, have a great product and the best customer service.
