Absolutely avoid at all costs! Purchased simply just 1x Kitchen handle for less then £10 on 22nd March 18, money taken from my account on the 26th March. I've never received my item, and neither have they replied to their contact form online or directly by email. Website constantly gets updated with "Our sales office is currently closed and will reopen tomorrow at 10am". Its now the 12th April and still no reply... Utter rubbish, I have been ringing everyday for a week now. Quite possibly the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to have used online. Have now had to instruct my bank to execute the refund. Just Handles/ Severn Components, you should be embarrassed to be trading.
