Story

Facilities: Comfortable AV and Hi-Fi room upstairs, including a projector and the latest 4K LED television ready for viewing. Downstairs we have on display a variety of quality Hi-Fi components and AV equipment including a live High Definition demonstration on show. Full disabled access to shop, spacious shop floor, air conditioning.

Travelling by car: There is a multi-story car park directly behind Superfi which can be accessed from the Parliament Street entrance (at the top of Market Street) or the shop is easy walking distance from the Trinity Square car park. Parking outside the shop is permitted before 10am or after 4:30pm ONLY.

Travelling by bus: Any bus which travels past the Victoria Shopping Centre is perfect. Superfi is 5 minutes walk away, just across the Market Square, opposite Debenhams side entrance. If you do get lost, give us a call and we'll start waving the flags!

Travelling by train: Alight at Nottingham Railway Station - Superfi is 15 minutes walk away. Head for Market Square (look for the clock tower) and turn off opposite the side entrance for Debenhams (if you reach the Theatre Royal you have gone too far!). Alternatively, you can catch a tram directly from the train station and get off at Market Square and walk up Market Street (the road to the left of Debenhams).

I recently bought a damaged box item from Superfi at a temptingly reduced price. The box was hardly damaged at all. So what I'm saying is that they are highly trustworthy and a company that I'll be turning to as soon as I decide to buy new speakers. Forget Richer Sounds, these are the people you want to deal with. Even though it's a small shop it has a great range of products. They deal in high end audio and visual technology so the prices are not cheap. But this is what should be expected of the brands. The customer service is A class and the knowledge of the staff is impeccable.
Just a note to Store Manager Kevin - thank you for helping me in selecting of a new Yamaha RX-V667 AV unit on Sunday morning. As always, you are your team at the Nottingham store are really helpful, extremely knowledgable and readily offer great advice - all round a delight to deal with. It all makes the Nottingham store a proper customer retail experience that online alone simply cannot compare with.
I bought some Sennheiser headphones as a Christmas present. Unfortunately, due to my own stupidity they weren't bluetooth, so I was a bit worried they might not refund the price as it was entirely my fault. But they were brilliant, no fuss at all. Highly recommended.
Popped in today 1/8/2014 for some iem's I wanted to listen before i bought - as you know in ears are not really available often to try before you buy.... Anyway i was able to have listen to the sales person's own b&w's....Chris Reddish I bought some as they where bloody fantastic! and on sale!!
