I buy most of my TVs and hifi from Richer Sounds in Nottingham. Credit to the team there as they are always helpful, give great advice, and they have fantastic prices with guarantees. I definitely recommend them.
I have always used RS for television and audio as the staff are "normally" so helpful and knowledgeable. The prices and warranties are good too. Just before Xmas our Sony Bravia TV, which is just out of warranty, started showing vertical lines.. So it was time to get a new TV. I popped in to store around lunchtime Xmas eve, and a store assistant was playing with the settings of a TV, when I asked politely if he could help me I was dumbfounded by his reply "Well I was doing something, but ok". When he did eventually reply to my questions he gave replies only and showed no real interest. He made me feel like I was in the way. Maybe it's time to take my business to John Lewis.
Had to return a soundbar due to being told how my TV will be set up I wouldn't be able to use it, not knowing a thing about it I took it back. I was greeted by Ian who I tried to explain it to and unlike many other retailers he didn't question it, say I was wrong or anything just gave me my options. When I told him I was looking at getting a new TV and what the family wanted it for I couldn't have asked for any better service. No pushing to buy the most expensive justa fantastic service. As always, there's NO better retailers than Richer Sounds. Can't be matched price and definitely can't be matched on service.
Considered John Lewis but these Guys do the business for me everytime. They know their stuff and price wise are unbeatable. Parking a bonus for picking up, Dave was so professional, helpful and a thoroughly nice chap to be served by. Many thanks. Roy Burgin from Sherwood.
Always worth a visit for hi-fi or TV equipment, accessories or just advice from experienced & friendly staff. Although we ultimately ended up taking back the TV faulty unit the guys here gave brilliant service & advice. We'll certainly be back..... Many thanks
Customer Service is amazing, so professional the staff know all there is to know about getting the best sound. Brian didn't pressure us to buying the most expensive just the right gear for us. Delivery was prompt. After delivery we needed advice and they were absolutely great, spoke to us in a friendly mannernot patronising as we have been out of the game of stereo buying, did it first time around in 1980s we are thrilled with our music system. The staff are a credit to the company, we will definitely go back, next time TV. If you want a professional, friendly and knowledgeable service go to Richer Sounds. I've never bought from anywhere else. I always check out Currys and John Lewis but you can't beat Richer Sounds! Rob and Alex are helpful and knowledgeable. They've got so much experience and their customer service is genuinely second to none! Highly recommended.
