one woman in her late 50's blonde kinda heavy very tall who's not a pharmacist grilled me about purchasing tablets asking what are they for .duh pain I'm in pain.she asked me then to explain in front of everyone like don't treat everyone like there addicts . I've been to this place once and will never go back. I was so embarrassed
was in the shop with my partner and we stood and the till no one showed up so we were called to the back of the shop to the other tills then a girl came out of the back told us to come to the front till I said walking back to the front the shop again the the girl replied well you don't have to come to the till as I said it to her in the shop she started and as I walk out
Went in and the item I wanted wasn't on the shelf. I asked a member of staff, Cairan about it and even though the store was busy he went and found it in the store room for me. This kind of service that Cairan provided was excellant, and he was very pleasant and customer friendly. Well done superdrug, more staff like this needed!
poor store layout not enough room to browse. only redeeming feature is the staff who are excellent and probably underpaid for the work they put in.
