Extremely disappointed with the customer service at the pharmacy, Vivian who me and my partner have been served by multiple times on different occasions is extremely rude and abrupt, she also was aware I was standing there waiting for 20 minutes before she acknowledged me, knowing I was stood there when she could have made a comment saying ‘won’t be long, or I’ll be with you in a minute’, I will not be coming back to use this pharmacy as a person who struggles with anxiety this is just not a nice place to go to for help. Just a friendly reminder good customer service and social skills goes a long way.

Do not recommend. Took a prescription in from my emergency dentist appointment for antibiotics. Waited fifteen minutes to be told he wouldn't give it me because he couldn't print the label off. However the next women collecting her prescription was the patient in front of me from the same dentist and she got her prescription no problem. I think it was because I was shaking because I was having a panic attack. Even the assistant looked me up and down and conversed with the pharmacist. I am visiting family and live four hours away so my address wasn't local so think this influenced their decision. Went to Asda pharmacy instead. Lost a future customer
