Where is the 'no star' selection? Three items ordered on repeat prescription, two items provided, asked for the third and was told it hadn't been processed. Went back a week later after having to clear things up with the surgery only to find out that the third item was there all along. What a shower of sh#t. The staff need very basic training and the management need replacing.
I pick up my prescription on a fortnightly basis I collected on friday, on saturday I open the bag and notice I'm 1 item short so I go back to the pharmacy and was told there is nothing they can do and I should have checked the bag before leaving.... I said can you check your stock levels to see if you are up on the item I was missing to be told no.... this is not the first time this has happened and they have given me somebody else's medication before... this place is a absolute joke
They don't answer the phones but friendly when you go in there
The staff are extremely rude ,totally devoid of staff etiquette towards customers, lack of care and concern regarding their inadequate ability to do their job. They fly off the handle in an aggressive manner, pointing, waving arms around, even swearing..!! Whilst all the time I maintained a cordial composure whilst suffering from a serious Migraine, in agony with my back, neck, Knee, basically everywhere due to having Osteoarthritis throughout my entire body, Fibromyalgia, a Stomach Ulcer, High Blood pressure amongst other issues, of which they could clearly see I was using a walking aid, had wrist supports on, yet due to their arrogance and bolshyness, in their opinion they had every right to behave with what can only be described, as a most churlish manner, just as a spoilt child would act. They had no concern regarding the fact I'm disabled or my other serious medical issues. I felt, so unwell, and struggled to stand there whilst such appalling behaviour was being carried out by the staff. What is the point of having a local Pharmacy that isn't prepared to give a 100% or even try to assist customersthat also includes the Pharmacist of whom should have come down from behind the counter and help find my well overdue medication instead of ignoring customers and allowing the staff that are paid to do a job they are not prepared or willing to do correctly, thus, waisting people's time and fuel, along with making people continue to queue outside, I think there's definitely an ego trip going on there...!! Nowhere else are you required to queue at this moment in time, another issue that must be addressed. They all lied regarding the long bank holiday that they had been closed throagain I had to point out that error, as they were open on the Saturday. This, along with everything I and my neighbour had the misfortune to experience Pharmacist prepped it on the 31st May? The staff, including the useless Pharmacist of whom allowed the staff to constantly barate me, talk about me to other customers..., what on earth is going on and why did the Pharmacist not intervein ASAP ? My own G.P surgery was trying to get intouch with them, as they had all the info of which they kindly gave me, the bar codes, the date as to when the medication was initially signed off by my G.P on the 26th May, now I'm having to put up with utter incompetence, sheer outright disgraceful behaviour by the assistants..! I found out they were equally as rude to my neighbour the same day of whom kindly went to collect the meds for me and returned with 2 boxes that they owed me from the previous prescription of which the assistant found but declined and ignored my neighbours request that I had 8 more items owed to me from another May order, this being the 7th of June, yet the assistant refused to look for the medication the Pharmacist made up for a delivery on the 31st, all they had to do was take another look and would have found the large bag of medication. As to why they wouldn't or have this despicable attitude makes no sense?? Just shrugged her shoulders whilst raising her voice at her, all of whom was doing me a favour. Their Web site closing times, are wrong and not up to date, they blamed Google saying they have tried to get them to change their hours etc, yet Google are normally very good and get intouch with companies most weeks to see if anything needs changing? So why haven't they had their Web page updated with the correct information for people ? Another show of the lack of care, concern towards their customers. I truthfully can not find one positive thing to mention, the shelves are low in stock, when you go in there, it's very dingy, the side window used to be open now they have the shutters down? Let there be light, and maybe the staff will have a far better approach to their duties? Though, I wouldn't hold my breath !! In all honesty, it's a most unwelcoming, unfriendly, insidious place to visit.
Rarely answers the phone and closes early without notice
Very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble they even helped me find a coffee shop!
I've always found every pharmacist here quick & thorough with my prescriptions. As well as polite, approachable & helpful. Along with all other staff. They also have an excellent range of chemist items from dressings to natural remedies, household cleaning & personal hygiene products at very reasonable prices. A good range of stock for the size of the premises. Also seating if you're waiting for a prescriptions or feeling unwell & a small private room for consultations/flu vaccines etc.
My local Pharmacy attached to my Drs & just 10 minutes from home handy too for the bus to Get Yarmouth if one wants.
We just picked up a prescription for our son. They gave us numbing cream that had been prescribed a couple of days beforehand. Why they didn’t have all his prescriptions in the same place I don’t know. We have to go back again now to pick up the other prescription for antibiotics. Really need to get some kind of system put in place here so that all prescriptions for each patient are together and in the same place.
Never answer the phone, been trying for a few days now... ridiculous!
