I usually have a good experience shopping in Worthing store and staff are generally really helpful especially on the till. Today I was shocked how unhelpful and unprofessional the girl who served me. I had forgotten my loyalty card and I have not got the app, so I only needed to give my email to receive points. The customer assistant, tag name Cameron,  bluntly told me to input my email myself on her till screen! It was very busy and the queue was very long. This was time consuming for me and the other customers waiting in queue, very unprofessional and very poor customer care. Most stores are very happy to search up your email and do it very quickly ! This was clearly not a training issue, it was purely the customer assistant's attitude! Very poor for superdrug!  usually they are so very helpful.

A lot of products, good prices, nice staff, polite and with knowledge, very helpful if you have any questions. Entrance for disabled persons too. No toilet available for customers. Covid prevention in place!

Lady in red lipstick, may have been the manager ? recommended me a skincare product today to help with my pores & her recommendation helped instantly! Excellent service at the moment, thank you guys Shame about discontinuing the i heart revolution line though :

Last week I came in to buy a flatiron and not being certain of which one to buy, I came across Jacquie who could not have been kinder or more helpful.  She discussed the merits of all of them before I made my decision.  Superdrug Worthing are lucky to have her working for them.  Thank-you Jacquie for your wonderful service.

I just went in for toothpaste but the lady serving me was nice, happy, and friendly which I like when I'm being served.

Popped into this store this morning just after opening to purchase some aftershave. I was greeted by a young man who was very polite and so very helpful nothing was to much trouble for him made the whole experience very enjoyable needless to say I purchased 2 bottles . Definitely going back when I need more. 1st class service from the young man .

A varied array of toiletries are available at reasonable price. Quite often products are available here that are out of stock in boots.

I was helped by a really professional and extremely kind pharmacist called Yola a few days ago. Not only was she patient and helpful towards me, I also observed her being the same to another customer. A huge asset to Superdrug, Worthing in my opinion.

Went into Worthing Superdrug on Saturday to pick up medication but the pharmacist hadn’t turned up ,as it is difficult for me to get to Worthing I told the young lady who was there that I couldn’t get back easily,couldn’t believe when she told me that on the way home she would deliver my medication to my home ,was overwhelmed when she did .,what a lovely young woman ,Thankyou sooo much ,June kirby .
