I've just gone through the reviews... and I'm rather saddened by them! I worked as a Pharmacist (and manager) for 3 years (left in 2009) as I had to relocate. There were clear SOPs, great team work with the next door Surgery, great Pharmacy team.... even though it was a busy place... it was well managed. I miss the team (Sheila, Louise, Phil) and the patients... I still have some of the farewell cards and notes I got from them. I do hope all these issues raised are looked into! Not open at all on Saturday and Sunday despite saying on here that it's is open 24hrs on a Saturday.

Worst place I have ever been. Had to wait 40 mins for a repeat prescription that I put in a week before!! Was waiting for my inhalers to be bagged and whilst doing so 4 customers were served and provided with theirs before I was. When initially telling the pharmacist my name and my prescription, she found me after I had to spell my name to her 3 times and then said, and I quote, 'oh it's my lunch now' and just f***ed off?!?!?! Never ever ever going there again, even though it's my local

Today, I was told to wait 15 mins. Went back to collect my prescription just doing it waited for another 30 mins. As I observed to my surprised the person who came after me got his prescription first. His prescription was put on top of my meds hence, the delay. They don't seem to have a system there where 4 or 5 of the staff there but why still slow? I know it's monday but, you could do better & please be honest with your costumer pls. Put a note or just say monday is busy & you could wait for 30-1 hr. For your meds... Please avoid coming here Monday or mornings no free parking & the space is small.

Rude staff members who push in front of you in the doctors reception, and then get an attitude when you point out their rudeness.

Complained to the pharmacy manager, who instead of helping and understanding, then refused to do my prescription in a timely manor leaving me and my partner with no medication.

AVIOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
