Really Poor experience. A young male and female staff is staring all the time.This is not the way how a customer get treated in a store.Let CCTV do this! Felt so uncomfortable. Couldn't choose any products properly due to the staring staffs around. STOP DOING THIS!!SO UNCOMFORTABLE!!! I didn't feel so uncomfortable anywhere else in UK shops. Never go back . Wigston store doesn't deserve any rating. I have to give 1 rating because I can't post this comment without any rating.
All the products on the shelf have been used and members of the team do nothing to help you find what you need and laughed when I showed them products that had been used and damaged.left and went fosse park alot better.
Very unwelcoming atmosphere from team leader Tiffany. Very rude,unfriendly. Not coming back to Wigston store anymore!
Clean and tidy store, staff were friendly.
Absolutely awful experience! Used to love this store and the staff but today I was put off completely! If you want to be followed around the whole store and stared at by a male member of staff then this is your place to go : He was specifically staring at me so I stood in the same spot just assuming he was waiting to find the right time to ask me if I was okay or needed any help. Nope! Instead he followed me around, stood directly behind me and stared at me! It made me feel so uncomfortable and I am disgusted! He could have atleast smiled or asked if I was okay! I was literally being stared at like I was a thief or something?! I work in customer service myself and that is not how you welcome your customers! I had only just walked in the shop way to judge a book by its cover eh? I had to storm out the shop because I felt so uncomfortable. Such a shame, normally a lovely shop with lovely staff.

It's a handy store for Wigston. Great for essential items. Shame they don't stock up on items that are popular. My experience with the staff, they don't bother with a smile or show any enthusiasm for a customer. It's a shame really because it's very local for me this store rather than going to the city center or fosse Park.
I think the male worker is not suited to retail & customers at all ! Always has an attitude. I feel for the other staff !!
For me it's a good place to get the essentials that us men need. Very often there are offers on products I need. Great
Recent visit showed a good range of products, varied and good brands at excellent prices. Staff very friendly and polite.
