Passed here a few times Came in today and was pleasantly surprised. There is quite a lot on offer. As it was winter it was stocked full of warm clothes. Lady behind the counter was very bubbly and chatty. Interacted with everyone and even chatted to the kids. Always helps when you get staff who enjoy their jobs and are a asset to the business Has parking and very clean and well organised store Keep up the good work guys
We visited here as family yesterday and it was not best the experience we had. The lady at the till welcomed us as saying "we are open until 5pm" at 3.30pm. Rest of the experience was not different then this. I will not mention rest of it. She was like "I don't want you here as customer." I will not go there again.
Great selection of reasonable priced clothes
Visited the place today, the lady who works there is such a rude person, she does not like kids. I took my wife and daughter for shopping, been there so many times buying so many things. The way we were treated today was ridiculous, she kept following us and kept making silly comments on us and my daughter. This lady needs to be sorted and teach a lesson on customer service. We love shopping down there but we are never going back to that shop. Don’t recommend anyone to go there because of the bad service provided by that stupid lady.
A bargain every time. Pleasant staff great clothes. Mainly for women but an exiting adventure every time.

Worth a visit. Plenty of bargains to be had. You may be lucky enough to pick up a designer outfit at rock bottom prices. I did. Ruth is also very friendly and helpful.
I have visited this place twice in Wigston. Each time I've been the woman who served me has been rude and has an attitude problem. She needs a lesson in customer service. I have purchased things each time as there are some bargains to be had but after my last visit I won't be going again. I live local and several people have said this as well when I've mentioned it. I think her name is Ruth. Well I definitely think it's time for her to retire or change her attitude.
When I visited this business the lady who works there the majority of the time, was very unfriendly and reluctant to answer my questions or communicate when I make a purchase. The prices on some items are good but knowing that these products are factory seconds.. some are a little over priced. Still worth a visit though despite my experience..as there is a variety to browse through.
