I have used  Supercuts for a long time now and I have never had a bad experience, In fact  my hair was saved yesterday by Jemma, after a terrible wave perm , at a  salon called Roby Boss ( supercuts don't do perms )
My hair had been over processed and literally hacked at. I looked like a poodle. I was devastated . I went to supercuts and Jemma did a brilliant job on my hair and made me feel a lot better. 
She is a lovely person and an excellent hairdresser.

Ruined my partners hair, the 17yr old done the worst bodge job ive ever seen, completely uneven, unfinished, extremely short in area's and long in others leaving a definite line in difference lengths going around! Took over 1hr 1/2 to do and paid £14.95 for the full mens package and only got a dry cut... Why advertise this package if your not going to follow it!? For anyone wondering why nothing was said at the time, i wasn't there and he couldn't wear his glasses (for obvious reasons) so couldn't see the mess he was left with until i pointed it all out to him once he got home! 
Avoid at all costs! Its very clear that the young lady needs to go back to hair school.

I asked for a trim and layers and omg she just hacked at my hair and one side is clearly longer than the other and the layers are horrific. She kept moving my parting although I told and showed her twice where it is. This is exactly why it's £15 for a hair cut. Do not go here for them to ruin your hair!

Nima has done a really good job with my hair. It was long and for a while I fancied a change. I was a bit scared but she new exactly how I wanted it cut. Today I Was going to visit her again but the queue was too long:-(
