Asked for a basic wash and cut. When I washed it again a few days later and looked in a mirror I realised it wasn't straight- several bits were longer than the rest. Today I went back and explained the problem. The girl sprayed it with water, combed it and agreed it wasn't straight. She was friendly, sympathetic and cut about 1/2" off to straighten it up which was great. However, SHE THEN CHARGED ME FOR THE CUT!!! I have had to pay twice for a basic cut because the first guy can't cut straight! Not happy and I will be changing hairdressers. I will also no longer recommend them if this is how they deal with problems THEY caused.

Always get my hair done here won't go anywhere else

I have used this hairdressers for the last few years and while it may not be the cheapest in town I believe it to be the most friendliest and quick service.
