Sarah (manager of fareham branch) is the best hairdresser I've EVER had. Every hair cut I've had has been 5* service, I'm very nervous with having my hair cut due to a very bad experience with another salon before I went here. However I'm very happy to have my hair cut here every 4 weeks because I know Sarah will always do it how I like it. Very friendly staff and would recommend to anyone!!

I was really unimpressed with this hair salon. I was left waiting for ages when I phoned for an appointment, then again I had to wait for ages in the salon when I went in for a consultation and skin test. At my appointment, I used a Groupon voucher, meaning I got an £84 service for £25.50. I assumed I would be afforded the same service that a regular customer would be (otherwise I would have just gone to a cheaper place!). However, the stylist (blonde, I think her name was Camilla) seemed to take it against me that I was getting the service (full head of highlights and a trim) for a bargain price so proceeded to pull my hair until my eyes watered and hardly talked to me. She also seemed to begrudge the fact that I was a student and made a couple of catty comments about 'living it up'. I had to pay a supplemental fee of £20 for a full head of highlights rather than a half head but this was not worth it. The stylist didn't consult me on the colour I wanted for my hair and it turned out bright blonde when I had wanted it to be dark blonde. Also, the highlights start part way down my hair so I already have significant dark roots just two days later! Will definitely not be visiting again, and I don't recommend others to either.
