Quite nice place to spend some time with kids in bad weather. Pretty lot of playing machines which can be interesting for anyone. But better to define in advance the amount of money you're ready to say "bye". Cause any way of payment is acceptable. so very easy to overlimit
Staff here are so helpful. Really good fun. Sunday night after 9pm £1 per game per person. So good. Arcades, pool, Lazer tag and more!!! Highly recommend
The place in it’s self is a nice place to take the children but majority of the staff don’t know how to do their jobs properly. Disgusted with how our situation was handled, I have spoken to the manager or one of the managers who has said he will deal with this but just a warning for others make sure you have all of you belongings close, don’t leave anything behind because we went back twice to ask about our things phone and vape we had left and we’re laughed at, ignored, told that our stuff wasn’t there…it wasn’t until the polite technician approached my husband and asked the issue and said our belongings were 100% there because he handed them in together his self.
This place is fine just don't bother actually bowling. I have been twice and both times we have had no end of issues with scores not recording, pins randomly falling over, bumpers sometimes coming up and sometimes not. Considering it's a fairly new place it's a bit of a joke. Then when you try to complain the management tell you that they cannot issue you a refund and the best they can offer is vouchers for more bowling... which is why we gave them a second try... there is no point offering compensatory bowling when the lanes are broken and not working. By all means come here for the soft play and the arcade. The staff were perfectly polite but just heed my advice. Don't waste your money on the bowling!
Very nice bowling alley. Air conditioning was actually working unlike other places. The staff do a good job of keeping the place free from idiots who just wanna be a nuisance and the police also were present on their beat. Any people we saw who tried to cause trouble were ejected or at least given a warning first. Felt safe in here and prices weren't too bad. Lots of weekday offers too.
Not at all happy went to go bowling none available thats fine. Me and the daughter spent £40 on the machines that worked daughter had fun we got Jack pot 4times so that's 4x500 plus other small amounts cashed them in after 1hour wait for machine to be fixed just to read 1484 so my daughter was completely ripped off spoke to manager and she didint give a monkeys I will not be using this place in the future please see my other reviews to see I mainly leave 5star
If you want to go bowling avoid it like the plague. A whole of 3 lanes weren't working, always messing up the game. We asked for a refund because we spent ≈50£ and no refund. Best they could do is give us a pool table...
Went in to kill some time before a film and found the arcade to be way too expensive. The prices on the machines are a lot more than you'd find at Felixstowe and the quality of machines is definitely lower. From the grabbing machines being 50p a go to one of the timed games stopping the balls coming through before the timer is up, it makes me wonder why people would return. A big disappointment. On the plus side it was very clean.
Lanes constantly braking. Waiting ages to get staff to go fix the issue. No refund policy even though it's not the customers fault and it's down to poor equipment. Poor attitude and manager/staff all vocally abusive to each other and shouting in front of customers. Not enough staff, and customers waiting forever for service. Do not recommend wasting your time here
Looking at some of the past reviews I wasn't expecting much but was actually happy with the level of service given, came there with 2 children under 10 and my partner, the soft play area was clean and the lad on duty was very diligent and helpful with any questions raised, also explained that new management had been brought in and new staff. ordered food which came within 30mins but had to go to bar to get drinks as only a small selection in that area, the soft play was clean tidy and my 2 children really enjoyed their time in their, unfortunately the coffee machine was broken but will definitely be back. As for bowling a little on the expensive side but no real problems the pins got stuck twice but was soon sorted ablely the girl on the bowling desk. A good selection of arcade games with relatively decent prizes, if your looking somewhere to take your children on a evening after school or on weekends then get down here as looks like a change of management and a wider age range of staff is making this business a lot better than before.
