Lovely lady called Kim, she was so polite and helpful in sorting our bowling out. Excellent, clean venue superb drinks and atmosphere. Will defiantly recommend.
First visit after the refit and I have to say it's so much better! The bowling system seems to have changed so not a single fault on the lane while bowling which is a massive improvement from our last visit. The bar area seemed roomier and cleaner. It was all round a better experience to visit and will definitely be back again soon. Many thanks!
Went last Tuesday with my 2 and 1 year old grandchildren. Had a refurbishment since I was last there and was quite impressed. The small children part is so good now with toilets adjacent to it. Children had pizza and Chips, the chips were banging, I had Burger it was scrumptious, would recommend getting the food. Staff really helpful. All in all a really good place
Firstly it looks miles better after its revamp. Its spotlessly clean. Service was slowww. Ordered beans on toast and sausage sandwich, literally took 25 minutes and we were the only ones eating. Soft play is great! Clean, friendly staff.. But it's absolutely freezing!! My kids wanted to put their shoes on because their feet were that cold! Had to leave because we couldn't stand it any longer. Shame really because it's a really good soft play.
Didn't go bowling but spent some time and money in the arcade. Good little place hidden away in the corner on the ground floor. Can get food and drink in the bar. Toilets handy and trading tickets for prizes always fun for the kids.
Came here with my sister, brother in law and their just-3 year old. Pretty happy with the experience. Staff were friendly and accommodating, the place was clean, well-managed! ball selection, and considering they were full to capacity throughout it was New Years Eve I was very impressed. The soft play area was even split into the main and a separate under-3 area. All good, great and grand. That said, food took 40 mins to come which, for cheese chips and chicken nuggets, is a bit mental, and I wasn't warned of the accordingly long wait when I ordered. And while the cheesey chips were properly cheddar cheesed melted on in the oven with a generous portion of sauce to dip my nuggets in, the prices were ludicrously steep and not included on the menu!? So minus one star for this portion of it all.
Worst place to conduct a birthday party. Awful behaviours - cancelled the goodie bags the night before, staff clueless, no time sense, even the limited food options not available for children, vegetarian and vegan unfriendly and the food looked very unappetising. Most of the children did not eat the food - not good they said. We ended up ordering food from elsewhere as most of the children in the party were hungry on the way home immediately. Fries were good though. Please save yourself a lot of money anxiety by not bothering with this place if their attitudes don’t change.
Very dirty freezing cold sittin with coat on toilet urine all over toilet floor no toilet roll staff stood about doing nothing.. Tables n floor dirty only reason stayed is because of grandkids won't be back again no standard of maintaining hygiene standards especially with covid very dissapointed
Good fun for the family. Loads of different offers and deals to choose from but found it best to phone and book as website is little glitchy. Best deal is kids play for £1 before 10am on Sunday morning! Where else can you get deal like that?!!
Can't fault the place I guess they have had a renovation but it's so much better play area alot better, not cold, tables were all clean and the food wow the food was amazing nice and hot, tasty, staff were friendly with great customer service skills,
