I rented a Deluxe toilet with a sink from Supersave for a special event. The toilet was delivered at the agreed upon time but during the special event it was reported to me that when you pump the sink, water sprayed out of the sink cabinet all over the floor. I called Customer service to report the problem and they said that they would try to have someone come out to fix it. No one showed up. On the Monday after the event, I called and talked to the account manager and said that I thought that we should at least get a refund of the difference between a standard toilet and a deluxe toilet since we paid $50 more for the deluxe toilet. He said that he would have to ask the toilet manager. That was 10 days ago and I have not heard back. The toilet is quite expensive for a 1 day event, but the price is the price. I am disappointed that we were delivered a toilet that did not function correctly.

Absolutely thrilled with my service from super save this past summer. Amie went above and beyond and walked me through the whole process and answered every question i had. Though it was a last minute order she made sure everything was placed perfectly to my liking and ran on time. She is a super star I have never in my life had such an easy stress free process from start to finish.
DO NOT sign a contract with Supersave. I signed a two-year contract a year ago and so far they have tried to jack the price 3 times without my consent. They claim to have a clause in the contract that says they can change the price unilaterally and the customer can't do anything about it. Scammers like this should not be in business.
Super save more like super scam! This company has charged my credit card two months in a row for services we never received. I have spoken to their accounting department four times and have recieved a different story each time. After being lead to believe that a portable washroom would be delivered at a specific date/time, it wasn't. Compounded by not be able to get ahold of Nikhil for 5 hours during their operating hours. Amie Madore was able to help with site fencing for a job and there was an issue with their computer software, she had it sorted and the guys ended up staying late to help get the construction fencing that day. All and all I was happy with the end product and will continue to use super save for site fencing.
I use Supersave for dumpsters at 10 apartment/townhouse locations in London, ON. Dealing with Eric Y in the office has been fantastic - he is responsive and quick at getting me what I need. The drivers are also the best! We've used other companies for garbage removal in the past, and none have come close to comparing to Supersave both in price or consistency of service!
Needed waste bins including recycling for my business and they were able to accommodate me quickly. They helped and offered suggestions that would fit my needs and adjusted my service accordingly because of covid which was very much appreciated. Would certainly recommend.
