Avoid at all costs! The woman in the shop is absolutely rude and unhelpful. We are left with a huge problem and Sunshine Electrical are unwilling to help. Horrible experience!
The Women in shop tried to sell me a 2nd hand fridge as brand new. It had clearly been used and there were also dents and paint scraped off. When I questioned her she she got angry and starting shouting. She actually followed me outside shop screaming don’t come back. Con artist
I cannot praise this family run company enough for the service I received today needing a fridge freezer 3 days before Xmas was a nightmare I visited the Victoria Rd store bought new appliance & delivered within a few hours by Billy who already had a very busy day This is the best service I have ever received from any company going above & beyond for customer service
£500 brand new freezer for £199... What's not to like? That said it has a massive gash down the front, cosmetic only mind you BUT canny be beaten on price. They'll deliver for free and take away any old units you have. Lovely stuff. Oh and there is a years guarantee on the products too.
I used this place 3 years ago . Bought an American style fridge freezer. Went bad day one the woman at sunshine was great as was their staff I kid you not they went above and beyond their obligation to us albeit 3 replacement fridges but they never gave up we now have a unit that works like new If you decide to use sunshine electrical it may have some teething problems but they will do their best to sort it out THEY CARE being myself born in Govanhill this company knows their customers I will never buy new again as long as the sunshine shines Hugh costello Newton Mearns.
The indifference of the woman in the shop was quite frankly, staggering. Just rude and ignorant. Didn't even know she had the item we were looking for in her shop, but was quick of the mark to tell me how much it cost. Decided against purchasing because google directed me to a brand new one at the same price. Time to put the old nag out to pasture and bring in the young team.
Would recommend. I have bought many items from this company over several years and always received good service. I purchased 2 small freezers recently, one developed a fault after having it a few weeks. They replaced it with no fuss or bother. 10/10
Grate wee shop lady that works there very helpful been for a few things now and everything spot on very reasonably priced
Phoned this morning to get an engineer to come and look at my washer dryer. When the engineer found out what model it was his tone changed, he was derisory about it and said he wouldn't get involved and told me to go back to the drawing board. Absolutely atrocious service. At the absolute least he should have recommended another company if he didn't want to do the job. Now been left hanging and no closer to a solution. I'd avoid this company if I were you...
