It was first time that we ordered food from this restaurant. The taste was lovely. They added an extra free plat which was great in taste. A lovely lady delivered the food. Glad to found this lovely place in our neigh ourhood.

Highly recommended and as I write will be ordering again tonight. I've been here about 10+ times and great quality. I order the same every time and for the family with the odd new dish thrown in to try, my usual is Lemon Chicken + Chips (gravy instead of lemon sauce - LUSH!) , 2x Chop Suey rolls (amazing and best ever had) Chicken egg foo young, House special chow main, duck and pancakes, and the odd new dish... my only disappointment i had was the Duck in orange sauce my fault I missed the menu where it said battered duck and it just wasn't for me and would like a Duck in orange without Batter if possible... What I think is great about Sunshine is the free dishes over £30 spicy chips with a couple of ribs and spring rolls and salted chicken, and chicken Curry, No one else does this in Gateshead and it's a nice extra touch for big orders. Looking forward to my meal again tonight!

Great tasty takeaway, cant fault the flavour of the dishes, we use them whenever we get a chinese takeaway.The service is first class and so is the food. Definitely reccommend!

Great food however quite a wait for it ....staff are lovley but are focused too much on the takeaway aspect instead of customers in house

Ordered chicken, king prawn chow mein, fried rice, chips, gravy and curry...rice was dry...chips frozen...chocken as dry as sticks...king prawns...there was 3!! Hearx a lot of people praise this place...i do not!! Telephoned them to place my complaibt and all that was said...i will tell tbe chef and she hing up on me! Really?? Dont just tell tje chef finish him and get a new one!!! Sorry but i would rather orxer from wrekenton and riak food poisoning.....if you are tryinh some where new dont try here.
