I am a regular customer of Bilals and this food is always delivered before the estimated time and piping hot. The food is always delicious and generous portions the chicken tikka kebab is full of chicken and not just chips like most restaurants! I got a 12 inch pizza, 2 chicken tikka wraps, a bag of chips and two cans of pop on offer for 14 pound with Uber eats benefits! My kids love this restaurant and we wouldn't go anywhere else now! I don't normally leave reviews but they definitely deserve it! Well done Bilals and thank you for your good service
The Kebab was ok. Quantity was good but it wasnt very delicious. I will give it 5/10. Staff was friendly but during whole discussion they were paying less attention to my order. Looks like they were preoccupied with other things. Overall it was ok.
1st phone call made order 2nd phone call after 1 hour and 10 mins woman says is leaving with driver 3rd phone call was different member staff said same thing 1 hour 40 minutes comes after waiting so long for food pizza was cold and milkshakes was fake as can come and melted no malteasa crunchyness and used chocolate sauce and didn't even blend it same with galaxy caramel sauce stuck at bottom absolutely disgusting
The food was lush. I live a good distance and the food still got here warm. Chips are absolutly lush, kebabs good. Margarita had that margarita taste and the nutella milkshakes are LUSH . 100% will come back
I’ve never had a wetter kebab in my life. I’m not sure if it was the salad or the sauce but it was inexplicably soggy.nnThe donner meat is anaemic. The chicken tikka was just dry sliced chicken breast.nnI’d say go thin base for the pizza. It’s normal kebab shop pizza, so quite greasy.nnThe chips are nice.nnTwo kebab wraps a pizza, chips and two drinks for £20 excluding delivery would have been good value for money if the wraps were edible. Delivery took over an hour.
