Sophie was really pleasant, I was looking for sunglasses catered more for driving and her knowledge and information provided allowed me to make a decision. I'm happy with my purchase.
The staff were really helpful. I told them what I was looking for and they suggested a few styles to try on. Extremely pleased with what I got and will come back next time I want some new shades Also nice to see the same manager that’s been there since I bought my first nice pair of sunglasses
Good selection and the second pair for 50% off offer is always incredible when it comes to designer and quality sunglasses. Maria was absolutely excellent and incredibly helpful, easy to deal with and supportive without being pushy. If there is an accolade/commendation for the staff, we would all put her forward for it. My niece has just turned 16 and can be a little anxious in shops, however, she noted how lovely and honest Maria was and noted that she made her experience really nice, as did her mother, thank you Maria for her first pair of fancy sunglasses! Sunglasses hut Trafford Centre. The lady who attended me was very helpful. I explained what I was looking for and she brought me lots of different designer sunglasses to choose from. She was very honest on what suited me and what didn’t. Left the store very happy with my choice

I was served by a lovely young man called Ryan who was extremely kind and helpful in Sunglass Hut, Trafford Centre. Although I went in to store knowing which item I wanted, with Ryan’s help I ended up leaving with two pairs of sunglasses instead of just the one I was looking for. A really great experience and I have left with two pairs of glasses that I absolutely love!
I went in to ask if someone could help me fix my vintage ray bans and a lady called Sophie went above and beyond to help me fix them as well as find me the glasses that I wanted. Would highly recommend and will be back if I ever need help finding a new pair of sun glasses 10/10
