Popped in to get some RayBan Sunglasses I'd seen online. When I arrived at the shop at The Trafford Centre it eas 7pm in the evening znd the store was empty and there were two staff behind the counte,r a young man and young woman. I asked if they stocked a particular pair in a specific colour. I was told they only had brown tinted ones. I then walked over to their display to look at other options. The two assistants carried on chatting behind the counter. I asked "why they did not stock the colour I wanted" and the young girl just said she did not know. She then carried on chatting. I then asked the price of a different coloured pair of the same model and the young man told me the price. They then carried on chatting. In the end I asked if they could order me the pair I wanted and they said they could. I actually left then as I felt I was disturbing their conversation and felt like I was in the way. At no point did any of the two sales assistants ask me more about what I wanted or even asked if there were any alternatives they could offer. I had to ask about if it was possible to order the pair I wanted. Later that evening I ordered direct from Ray Ban online as the sales staff in the traffiord centre store did not seem bothered about making a sale even though I couldn't of given ghem anymore buying signals.
Your manager who i believe is called Nick is arrogant, rude and deserves to be sacked in the way he spoke to my child. He thinks because he is the manager he can speak to people using his authority in anyway which he seems fit. He was lucky he was at work. Avoid sunglasses hut in general especially this branch and there employees clearly have been taught to be rude when someone touches there display from senior managers that what it seems anyway.
Absolutely fantastic customer service ! Had an issue with a pair of sunglasses bought back in June. Called the store who said no problem bring them in for a replacement. Popped in the glasses were waiting for me! Special thank you to María for arranging, fabulous friendly service will definitely buy again.
Awful customer service, gift cards only redeemable in some stores but as they expired during covid they’re unusable now. Only solution is emailing and waiting 7 days and then going back to this store.

Quite possibly the worst customer service team I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Over two months since receiving a faulty pair of sunglasses, that were covered in fingerprints, and I'm still no closer to receiving my refund. Shameful company.
