What excellent customer service! Especially after being somewhat disappointed at other branches. The two super friendly ladies really went out of their way to assist my fiance and I with returns and picking some great new sunglasses. Thank you so much for your patience and super help. Even though the store is a little small, the selection was actually really great and we were able to find our perfect glasses.

Thank you Kirsty and Ajab for excellent customer service and great patience. We have visited Sunglass Hut branch in Kingston as I urgently needed a new pair of sun glasses. Time was very near to closing time at the selected branch but we were served as I wasn't expecting. I thought I won't choose the correct sun glasses that day but Ajab asked me right questions and he has found THE ONE I have purchased. I do recommend this branch (Kirsty & Ajab) highly to whoever needs an advice regarding eye protection. Thank you very much. Stani & Martin

I purchased an expensive pair of Ray bans from the Sunglass Hutt. I had them for a few weeks and noticed the glass had a small crack in it, They had not been dropped therefore went back to get them repaired under warranty They held them for 3 weeks and did not contact me I returned and they had not done nothing with them and said there was nothing they would do, they only offered to replace them if I paid 50% for another pair, I emailed Ray Ban and they said to email Sunglass Hutt customer services This was weeks ago and still no response. Very shocking service for this day and age, I don't really do reviews but feel strongly about this.
