Absolutely appalling staff, rude and don't offer any relevant customer advice other ask you to spend more money, bought a pair of shoes recommended to me by one of the staff and I've had to take the shoes back to return them due to misinformation on the product and picking wrong size but now the store won't refund or exchange them for me and I've had to leave it with them to send off to their assessment team to see if they can refund me my money. Absolute joke, I'd rather stick to shopping online than have some ignorant people toss me around over my own bloodclart money.
Place is a joke got to go ask for assistance as they are so busy chatting to each other about some BS, then you wait another 10years for the trainers to come down, just to inspect it and find out it's been worn and put back by one of the workers wow . 170pounds I saved my self by double checking. I looked at the inner and the nike sign was so faded it only showed the beginning of the Tick then I look underneath and the grip was dirty plus the back of the heel was a bit lean, only to be told that that the dirt on the grip was from you trying it on hmm really. How about I put the other foot on and done the same thing and guess what no dirt on the grip . Be very careful when shopping here.
I accompanied my son here and he was able to purchase an item which stops trainers from creasing
OK, variety is the spice of life, but I did not find my size, and so that wasn't so nice!!
Small store, fair amount of products. Staff team left me at counter for a fair amount of time before offering assistance but were very friendly
Staff helpful and friendly but clothing little expensive
Tag said £19.99 but they did a price change of £24.99..
Helpful staff however range is a bit limited.
