Food great but service sucks on both occasions! 1 Ordered delivery direct from them. Live 5 mins away but unable to walk. 90 mins later we get an email saying order cancelled as the driver said we live too far away! Called them and explained we are around 1km away and their response is we should get it ourselves. Really inappropriate with no consideration of our ability to travel. 2 Again ordered delivery direct from them - this time it arrived in a reasonable time but one of the dishes we paid for the most expensive one of course was missing. Called them and their response is “no refunds” but we can have a credit. They are rude and don’t understand consumer law or manners. Food is good though! I don’t think they will survive with such a stinking attitude.

The food was nice but felt the portion sizes were quite small for the price which was disappointing, ordered the spice bag with extra chicken and think they forgot to do it with extra which was also disappointing. Probably wouldn’t go back just from a value for money perspective.Food: 3/5

Don't use their call for delivery service The people on the phone are very rude and condescending. The food is ok  the best is spice bag but still very disappointed by on call service.

Never ate a spice bag or 4 in 1 before tonight, but it was bloody tasty! And even got a free tray of Ferraro Rocher to boot. Bargain!

The food standards have slipped big time in the last while. They must be changed cooks but it's not great at all.Food: 1/5

Been there a many times now But last night was the worst experience ever Staff were horrible and the food was average Definitely won't be going back ever Also the shop needs to be cleaned Its grubby Nothing feels right here

Just got a spicebag out of here safe to say won’t be coming back the chips were like the ones out of me freezer

I used to go to a more local take away, but heard about the Sunflower and decided to try it out. It's honestly the nicest Chinese food I've ever tasted, and it's well worth trying to prove I'm telling the truth. Prices are reasonable and the menu has something for everyone. I'd have to give it a 5 star rating.

I placed order Spice bags the chicken is rosted  Disgusting. Not a lot of chicken and was luke warm when arrived. never go again customer care is not good very poor service.

Food here used to be unreal but it’s gotten so bad in the last while no spice on spicebag and the chicken is chewy couldn’t even eat it.
