One of the McDonalds on O’Connell street. It looks small from outside but the multi-storey structure makes it to accommodate and serve number of customers. I found the order ready time is comparatively lesser here. You can get nice view of O’Connell street if you sit on the upper floor. They have washrooms also here and code for the same can be found on order receipt.
Mcdonalds is one of the best place to have good food at decent cost. For students like me it is very helpful as it provides student meal at 5 euro. Mcdonalds is helping students in a very big way by providing good cost effective food. This Mcdonalds outlet is unique as it is open 24*7. Many times after study when i am hungry at night i often visit this outlet. They are always open and i can have good food in only 5 euro. Many food places and restaurants are closed after 9 or 10 but if anyone is hungry anytime just go to this Mcdonalds they are always there with their super delicious food at affordable price . Their staff is also very helpful and guides first time customers to select best meal for them. This is a must try outlet and one must go here for good food anytime.
I went to MC Donald’s restaurant in O’Connell street upper, ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal with no pickles, when I got home and was about to eat it they had given me a quarter pounder and not a double, and there was pickles when I had asked for no pickles. I got very mad because I’ve paid for a double and got just a pounder and with something that I’ve asked to not have inside.
This mcdonald clearly wants to be top ranked. Employees quickly remove orders from the computer and display them on the board in green. As a tourist, this is confusing for me because the lady I asked for my number that just showed up "to be picked up" told me that I still have to wait. I know English but the Irish accent makes it impossible for me to understand some words, which is why the reception board is supposed to help me. Very unpleasant behavior and I advise you to avoid this McDonald's because it's not the guest that matters here, but the statistics!!!!
One of the closest mc Donald’s to city centre. Lot of spaces to dine in and they are very good in serving fast. The store is spread across three floors, so some space to sit will be always available.Recommended dishesVegan Burger
Fast service good food, just need some extra care at top table area cause teenagers are constantly making a mess up to other guests.
The staff are extremely slow looking like they don’t know what they are doing. They serve off the orders from the screen so you think your food is ready but it’s not and they are trying to read off the receipts which doesn’t work. Food is given out in the wrong order because they don’t use the screen to follow orders. There is not enough staff in the morning everyone waiting 30 minutes for a tea. Need more staff and they need to follow procedures correctly.
came in to get some food today, and had a very bad experience with one of the workers, very small wierd looking blonde girl with a covid mask covering half her head, i came up to politely ask for some serviettes since none are provided before hand and after ignoring me twice she acknowledges me but gives me a moody look more less eye roll and walks off without helping me, i respect that another employee overheard and gave me some, but a few minutes later i come back up to the same girl asking politely for some ketchups and she gives even more extreme unenthusiasm and throws the ketchup at me and instantly turns around, was very mad about this experience and i think that girl needs some more training because that is not how you should be treating customers, i have been going to this mcdonald’s for many years and have never had any other problems, sorry to be a karen.
One of the cleanest and most organized 24hrs McDonald's in Dublin trulyFood: 4/5
The worst McDonald's I have ever visited. I had 18 min before the bus and was going to take away quickly. I ordered just a cheeseburger and stripes and was waiting for 35 minutes. The staff seems in slow mode here. NEVER go there if you have less than an hour. Also remember that it is not really clean if you stay in.
