After waiting 10 minutes in the line to be served, we ordered 2 drinks, 1 waffles and a eton messy. I waited at the counter and then went to sit outside. 5 mins later our drinks that had already been given to us arrived at the table. We explained that we all ready had them. 15 minutes later the waffles came to the table. I assumed that mine would shortly follow. However they did not. I went inside and asked for a refund as my partner had finished hers. Not impressed at all.

Good for kids. They have a chalkboard for kids to play with. The icecreams are delicious. I love how they serve their coffee with a mini ice cream cone. The staff is friendly and helpful

We go here often for breakfast or Icecreams. Its a lovely little place with a huge blackboard for the kids to doodle on once they have the sugar rush from the ice cream. The selection of ice cream is awesome and I am only half way through the menu trying things. Its a bit slow on the service front which coupled with the opening hours posted elsewhere not matching up with the actual opening hours loses it a star (we stood outside on Sunday at 9:45am and it was closed when opening hours stated 9am). All in though if your in Yarm and want a coffee with a novelty ice cream cone on the side then this is an excellent place to go. Great to go for a natter with nice surroundings etc.
