I was looking for independent Cafe to pick up a breakfast roll whilst walking on this road. Good Covid measures. Polite and quick active staff. Paid 3.80 for a Egg and Sausage roll.

This is a bright and breezy typical English cafe, run by a friendly and brisk Turkish family-- most of the clientele mainly local blokey construction workers seem to choose a fry-up, in its various combinations. But you can get toasted sandwiches, omelettes and chips. It's pretty busy mid-morning, but you can usually find a free table. The prices are pretty low-- there is another similar cafe chasing the same customers just over Old Street. And there's nothing wrong with the food here-- you get a good version of what's on the menu! Almost Four Star...
While waiting for our turn at the VFS Global Indian consular services centre a few meters away, we stopped by to get something to drink. It is a nice cozy place with food and drink options. Wi-Fi also provided to keep you occupied. Prices are reasonable. We had fresh orange juice and Oreo milkshake. The OJ was good, but the milkshake was okay.
Amazing place! Reasonable price, sizeable portion and wonderful taste!
One of the most reasonably priced cafes left in London! I had a quick bite and enjoyed my food and the service. I will be back.Food: 5/5
