Didn't have a clue of who I was or my dogs although we had changed records. Didn't have an idea when my puppy had 1st injection. My partner that went time before waited almost an hour after booked appointment. I will say though staff were nice and the vet I saw nice. The one my partner saw he was not very happy with. Blunt and arrogant apparently
