Be very wary transferring to thus vets. They do not tell you, bur they wipe you off the registration after 18 months with no communication. My 16 year old dog is unwell and they refused to book me an appointment. This is a big failure in customer service. Paul the vet is lovely but the whole running of the vets falls down in so many places. STAY CLEAR!
Paul and his team are absolutely fantastic. My Two dogs love going to see them. Paul talks and make a fuss of all his patients and that puts them at ease. He takes his skills to another level.
Been using Paul since he first opened in sebastopol 9 years now !!! Lovely man, and his staff are brilliant..! Always very good to me and my dogs. Nothing is too much trouble. My old Nana was helped over the rainbow Bridge by Paul. All very dignified and done nicely...! Paul even treated injured pigeon I found, when R$PCA Wouldn't help..! Not shocked but still annoying...! Paul put it out of its misery...! Fantastic vets and staff !!!
Paul is incredibly friendly and so good with the dogs Edited... Unfortunetly after 6 years of loyalty from us getting an appointment has become very difficult, as some have pointed out some of the staff could do with a training day and some compassion, there's been times I can't even get them to answer the phone. It's sad because me and the dogs love Paul but I cant afford to wait days when my dog is unwell. Was a sad day today but we've decided to go elsewhere
Brilliant vet kind and gentle and cares about you and your pets.
It used to be s great vets with lovely friendly professional staff. However the vet himself is well spoken but the rest of his staff definitely need some basic customer service training thats if they bother answering the phones at all.
Excellent vet and ensures you know exactly what the problem is and how to deal with it!
We are so pleased with this surgery, have been using them for five years plus. Paul is an amazing vet and always gives his patients and owners his very best attention. We cannot fault them whatsoever, and would recommend them all day long.
