Ordered from here a few times now and can honestly say we couldn’t be happier with food and service! Fresh good tasting food and amazing customer service. Definitely now our new favourite takeaway and will recommend to all :
29/10/22 what is going on???? We have used Summer Palace for a couple of years and have always enjoyed our meals. But today ......£40 pretty much thrown in the bin: Greasy noodles, Spare ribs more fat than meat Chicken balls greasy and less chicken than usual. Crispy Shredded beef did not fit either description .. Crispy Duck -- LOL Stale crackers. I know we're all trying to keep our heads above water and have to watch our money, even more reason for my feedback. Don't expect rubbish food for my hard earned money....won't be returning. No excuse
Food was expensive it arrived quick but the boxes were not full. The vegetarian main was inedible the whole order was salty the egg fried rice tasted like microwave bag rice and the icing on the cake a short black hair worst Chinese I’ve ever had if I could give a zero I would Vegetarian options: Awful
Discusting. Although the food was on time and there was alot of food in each box, my daughter was miserable this morning. Throwing up, having diarrhea and constantly crying. I will not be ordering again. If I could put zero stars, I would.
Vile food. Certainly not fresh. Odd smell and worse taste from greasy containers. Threw in the bin for fear of being unwell. First and last visit.
Ordered from this restaurant on Saturday June 11, 2020. We ordered King Prawns Cho Mein, King Prawns Fried Rice and Salt and Pepper Prawns. Overall the food was good, except that the King Prawns Fried Rice we couldn't eat, it tasted horrible, and I just couldn't work out why. The Salt and Pepper Prawns were delicious, irrespective that it was quite oily. However, the King Prawns Cho Mein was delicious in every sense of the word. I even got up and had the rest about midnight. That's my reason for a 4star.
The chicken satay that I ordered was not cooked properly and still breathing. When I called and spoke to manager, he refused to send out a replacement or offer a refund! Absolutely discussted with the customer service and I urge anyone ordering from here to bear that in mind or better yet DO NOT order from them period!
ordered vegetarian rice without egg, and they delivered rice with eggs and when called restaurant about it, they denied it and Andy named person, Who couldn't speak properly said they cant do anything about it and hanged up the phone without listening anything. Food was worse, Chicken Noodle was greasy and full of black oil. Food wasn't fresh. Will never order again
bland food. the choimein is getting way to greasy and use rubbish noodles. chicken balls in batter you can taste nothing but grease again!!!!! I've been coming here for 2 years and now came to an end. top advice change over chef who can cook if you care about your customers safety
Always the best Chinese in medway town never go no where else deliver to quick to
