As a regular user of the 306 & 398 service, I happy with the service that they provide me. Whenever on the buses I am now well known due to being a customer for 2 years. Whenever on the buses most of the drivers know what I want. Sometimes I talk to the drivers that I know. The only thing that I would like is if the 398 route could be more frequent otherwise I am very happy.

So I was on a 217 Sullivan bus reg number RT17 SUL I didn't catch the bus drivers name yesterday evening and the bus driver was rude to a passenger he said " cmon mate we're gonna be here all day" now I know it dosnet concern me but it was quiet rude so plz sack him ask all your 217 bus drivers from last night like I said reg number is RT17 SUL regards zac abbott

Okay sometimes. Better than Uno, but the service was rather disappointing. I waited for nearly 20 minutes for my bus to come the other day and then another 15 minutes that same day. I was really hoping Sullivan would impress me because I am an ordinary Uno rider and nearly everyday Uno disappoints me- Sullivan Buses is doing the same. Please up your game Sullivan!

I've used this company twice as I rarely use the bus and have been pretty disappointed. Was once waiting up to 40 minutes for a bus, which in most cases has been late and also not the most politest of bus drivers (can understand that they are under stress). Won't be using them again.
