Amazing little shop. Delicious sweets, treats and ice cream. Waffles and crepes are absolutely great! Highly recommend a visit if you are in the area.
Ordered a Nutella crepe and got given a nasty syrup crepe which leaked through the box see photos attached. Didn’t even have chocolate sauce in the middle of crepe. Biggest waste of £5.50 ever - would like a full refund
Literally the wrong number on their Facebook page and online… says they are open and when we drive 30 mins to get there they were Ofcourse closed. Nice
First time at sugar house, it was fabulous! Lovely staff, great food - we had a hot fudge sundae and nutella waffle with extra ice cream on the side, couldn't get any photos as we were too busy devouring them, sorry... Loaded menu and pretty sure they're on just eat or other delivery app if you don't want to go out! Staff wanted sign in window too... check it out!
Use to love coming here with the old owners. New owners are charging nearly 15 pound for one large and one extra large milkshake and cutting corners nowhere near as good as they was. Disappointed takes over 40 minutes for them not coming back again
Been coming here since the last owner opened the shop and its a shame to see it go down hill by new owners... the prices now are crazy charging 8 pound for a milkshake which is no where near the standard they used to be for 5 pounds. Also waited over 40 minutes in the shop. Will not be back and be spreading the word also as an Edinburgh citizen.
Dreadful place. Sky high prices for what are the cheapest synthetic ingredients. Plus everything you order generates tonnes of plastic single use waste. Avoid and head to Oscars Gelato. At least there you are paying for a quality. Friendly service hence 2*
Just been into this place, used to love it, fantastic service and goods but since the manager has left it has gone downhill big time, that company has lost an amazing worker, don’t think it’s going to last without her, will not be coming back. Doesn’t even deserve that one star.
Popped when walking the dog along portobello beach, to be greeted by a big friendly chap. He was very helpful and explained the menu to my 97 year old grandma. Excellent ice cream. Highly recommended
I got 2 hot chocolates & Oreo milkshake - the Oreo tasted good & well presented, however the hot chocolate turned out to be nothing but hot water with nutella, very disappointed - Sugar House you need to check your machine...
