We purchased the Suffolk Latches and Penny End T Hinges to use in our 17th century cottage and we couldn't be happier with how they look on our old oak doors, so in keeping with the cottage. We spoke to Carl the owner before we placed our order, he was so helpful on advising us on his products.  Their website is great and easy navigate to place orders and the items arrived quicker than we expected.  We have several more doors to install and will definitely be returning to the Suffolk Latch Company for all the hardware.  Thank you Carl for the great service and fantastic products.

I ordered two sets of wooden door knobs very quickly online at a very reasonable price. They arrived within a couple of days and were well packaged for delivery. I love the style and quality of the knobs so much I have ordered another six sets for the rest of the house. The Suffolk Latch Company has provided an excellent service/price and I will definitely be recommending to others

We recently bought Suffolk latches and hinges for new ledge & brace pine doors in our cottage, we are very pleased with how they look and operate. Our carpenter said they were the best quality he had seen. Also Suffolk Latch Co were very helpful & understanding when I needed to return half of the hinges (when ordering I forgot they came in pairs so ordered twice as many as needed!) Had immediate no quibble refund. Excellent  company.

I've used Suffolk Latch Company several times and their range is great quality, good value and well documented with useful accurate diagrams. It is backed up with fast delivery and great customer service. Always my first place to look for suitable handles, latches and bolts etc and being mostly traditional, especially suitable for older properties.

I'm thrilled with my pewter latches, they're beautiful. The pewter adds a stylish, contemporary feel to a traditional latch which is perfect for the style of my cottage and several of my guests have commented on how good they look. A small detail which makes a massive difference.Very good price too, quick delivery, highly recommended!
