I moved to Billingshurst last Easter and don’t drive so I do occasionally need to use a taxi service. I came across Sue’s Private Hire when searching online and emailed her with a job request to take myself and a friend to a local restaurant the following Saturday and to collect us after our meal at a specified time. Sue was very prompt in responding to my initial email enquiry and we confirmed arrangements quickly. On the night, Sue’s husband picked us up, arriving a few minutes early at the house, and was outside the restaurant to collect us at the arranged time later that evening. I was extremely impressed with the efficient service and can highly recommend Sue’s Private Hire. I will certainly be using them again.
Sue came to our rescue yesterday on our wedding day, when another local firm let us down. She agreed at extremely short notice to fit us in and because of her we got home safely. She is friendly and her punctuality is second to none. Customer for life!!!
Excellent taxi service - highly recommended! We had a complicated day out visiting several local vineyards and a restaurant, which involved several trips. I planned the timings in advance with Sue, and then on the day she was totally accommodating of minor last minute changes to the plan. Lovely car, fantastic service, good value. Thank you!
I can definitely recommend Sue's Private Hire, it was the best taxi I have ever taken before, they were friendly, made sure that you was safe to your destination and always went above and beyond and made sure I wasn't in the cold, I will definitely be using Sues Private Hire in the future if I do need to use a taxi again.
Sue was waiting for me at Pulborough train station and efficiently and safely took me to a nearby wedding. She then picked me back up and dropped me off in good time to get my train. She was very courteous and drove safely.
Went to RSPB Pulborough and the trains don't match the buses so we used Sue's Cars to get there and back. I managed to leave a pair of binoculars in the cab. The driver mailed them to me free of charge. That doesn't happen very often.... Most appreciated...

Ive used Sue on many occasions , very punctual, polite and she always gives value for money no matter the journey... Visitors to the area think taxis are sat around waiting for jobs, but its not economically viable to do. Try 20 mins in a Black Cab london see the cost!!
