Called up and asked for a taxi from Pulborough to Storrington at 8:15 on a Saturday. The guy proceeded to tell me that they had no cabs available for hours and hung up on me. Not the first time this has happened, awful taxi company who does not provide a genuine service that doesn’t suit them
Booked two taxis for the morning of our wedding, from Angel Inn to Fitzleroi Barn. Easy to arrange ahead of time, prompt arrival, friendly and efficient service.
Since covid MJ have had a huge reduction in the amount of drivers available. It is always best to book well in advance. The office staff have been diagnosed with a life changing illness so it is best to email as the drivers are covering the phones and it is sometimes difficult to take bookings over the phone
Astonishingly rude service. I called twice over the past few days and the man's phone manner was appalling both times, so I will never try to book MJ Cars again. Also, two elderly ladies that I know very well used MJ at the weekend and said that their driver was extremely rude to them. As it turns out there are many friendly alternative and taxi services nearby.
We booked a return journey from sullington to chalk restaurant, a journey of 4.5 miles each way. We were charged by each driver £25 each way, meaning the return trip cost £60 Inc a tip for the drivers!!! Even the drivers were embarrassed by the amount they are being asked to charge!. Completely ripped off, there are other firms in the area, will not use again

We’ve used MJ Cars on several occasions and they are reliable, prompt and very fair with their pricing. Laura, our driver today was extremely prompt, polite and professional and drove us very comfortably straight to the door of our destination in Brighton from Pulborough. We’ve had similar experiences with all the drivers. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
Brilliant service, very reliable turned up on time to take us and collect us. Prompt contact via text to let us know they were outside waiting for us. The drivers were very helpful and pleasant. Would highly recommend.
Had a pleasant driver but was not impressed with the £14 charge for a 7min ride Storrington to Pulborough Station in a Standard car especially when train fare from Pulborough station to Gatwick Airport was £12!
