Regarding the comment made by Tee Smith. 
I am a regular at Sue's florist,I was actually in the shop when this lady first came in to enquire about having flowers sent to London the assistant showed her a book with lots of different examples. She also explained that different shops have different boxes and different flowers but she would ask for the colours she wanted etc. She then explained that it would be best to order asap with it being Mothering Sunday . The lady came in the following week to place the order. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate  this lady. I have never had any complaints and all the flowers are always first class. The staff bend over backwards to ensure they give the best service to every customer in person or on the phone.

The Worst  Florist i have cared to experience

Sunday 24th March, Mothers Day. I had planned two weeks prior a wonderful Mothers day gift  as i wanted to be sure Sue Florist will get have my creation ready. I wrote a beautiful touching message to go with the array of Red designed Bouquet. I had not used Sue's Florist before. My usual Florist ( who were the best in town)was based within 2 hours of where i lived . My first experience with the lady which served me was not comfortable. I sensed that she was not going to carry out what i had planned, but i thought maybe it was an overreaction on my part. I went back the following Saturday and ordered them as i was pushing for time by then. I wished i had listened to my instinct. When the day arrived i was absolutely astounded with the flowers my mother received. The only thing that was red was the box with the bow. Despite the fact i had stipulated i wanted the entire array in red with a few bits of white flowering. There was no evidence of the beautiful message . Some of the flowers was dead and looked like it was stolen from a new by grave yard. It was so cheap. I paid £40 and this what they had delivered. I immediately called the shop and the woman i spoke to was not sympathetic at all. In fact she terminated the call. I called back the following morning and was told to wait until the afternoon before she could speak to the company that delivered it . The company was Rogers Flowers i believe. I was not given a personal apology by Rogers . I was only told by Sue Florist they rushed it at the last minute. Which was not my problem as i had ordered them 2 weeks prior. Although i received a refund, The staff at Sue's Florist was not sincerely sorry and i think where extremely prejudiced from the very moment i saw them . I will not ever go back to these people.
