I recently visited Sue Ryder Baldock and I can confidently say had some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist me with any queries I had. But it wasn't just the friendly staff that made this visit so enjoyable - the quality of items on offer was exceptional as well. Despite being a charity shop, the products were well-curated and in great condition, which was a testament to the shop's commitment to providing high-quality goods at affordable prices. Throughout my visit, I was impressed by the staff's dedication to ensuring that each customer had a positive experience. They were knowledgeable about the products and were happy to provide recommendations or advice when asked. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Sue Ryder and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great customer service and high-quality items at affordable prices. It's clear that the staff truly care about their customers and are passionate about their work, and that makes all the difference!!
Merchandise is beautifully displayed, the window displays are what draws you into the shop , where you’ll find all that you require in such a warm & welcoming local charity shop. The staff also play a big part in making you feel welcome as they are all so friendly & helpful..

Lucky to have this charity shop on my doorstep, I love to swing in when passing by. The window displays are regularly changed and always look fab and the staff are always super friendly! Great little shop.
A nice and friendly bunch. Always nice to go in with my little boy. Emma is so lovely and will often help me look if I need to find something specific usually festival stuff or toys/dvds for my son! if I could give more than 5 stars I would!
Beautiful shop, absolutely love visiting this charity shop although to be honest it's more like a boutique! From the minute you walk in you are met by friendly staff and a wealth of bargains! Would definitely recommend a visit.
