Food was lovely and the staff are usually nice, but yesterday, me and Mum went in to the syston store to get ourselves a subway salad, the ladies who put the salad together were nice enough, but the man (he was middle aged, Indian with a strong accent) who took our payment was very very rude to my mum!! She asked a simple question about slimming world members and the way he responded was just shocking, he was almost shouting at her and looked at her like she was disgusting!! I was livid! I won't be visiting this store if that guy is in there again!! Not to mention the mess and food covering the tables and floors!! Update: I have complained to subway about my experience that happened over 2 weeks ago, theee times now, and my complaints have been completely ignored! So now, I'm taking this public!
