It was absolutely amazing! I’ve been meaning to leave a review but I visited about a week ago. We usually get it delivered and it’s always amazing, but this time we decided to go into the building and collect. The place was spotless, the girls Danni and Kirsty were working really hard, they had such amazing attitude, it honestly made the experience 10x better. The food looked fresh, tasted fresh. My partner has a tomato allergy so extra care was put into it. I will 100% be coming back. Well done on the staff too, working hard while also making us customers feel great.
I think was a good visit, nice sandwiches and clean restaurant. I must say that staff should help each other when is busy though. I came for food on weekend and have two staff only one was helping and serving the queue of 4 . other girl was sat in back office while queue was happening on her phone. Maybe break i dont know, but didnt like this idea, help one another i think and help customers! I think is called poppy who was a good worker with busy restaurant queue so well done to her
Was in here for nearly 30-40 minutes, as the two woman were so slow and clueless. Takling and messing about. There was four people ahead and it took this long. Got a foot long and the woman put hardly any chicken in, not even enough for a six inch and Montys loves six inches. Then asked for more and got charged three pound for even less meat than the first time. Had to pay extra for sugar cole as didn't count for meal deal then she took a bite out of my macadamia cookie!
all in all good food and tasty, but a young girl with long hair who served me on saturday lunchtime was not wearing any head gear and her hair was waving all over the food, easily could of landed in it. i believe they should wear caps and tie their hair up.
Awful service stood there for over 10 minutes while the staff ignored me waiting to be served! And took two of them to build a sandwich when I was the only one waiting absolute joke!
