The food was delicious and at a reasonable price; however the customer service was a little lacking when I went there. The lady serving me didn't seem very enthusiastic. But I would still recommend it for the food being as good as your other typical Subway.

Ran by kids. The staff clearly do not want to be there. Their work station is messy. No care for putting the fillings in the roll. Just flung in so the cheese is floating on the edge with the meat half in half out. Ask for 2 sauces. The girl put one sauce in. I could clearly see she only put one sauce in. When it came to paying I asked the cashier why there wasn't both sauces. He looked at the girl and the girl said we ran out. We need to refill them. So she wasn't even going to tell me untill I said. Get new staff (preferably not kids) who actually want the job and care about the environment they work in then I may be back. Untill then I will not be going there again....

Had there teething problems to begin with but can see major improvements nice to have a subway back in Boston good customer service also
