Always typical subway service friendly staff and tasty food

Hmmmm, I normally very much enjoy my subway. Not today though... after ordering my 6” veggie delight, having it packed and paying I have walked home, unwrapped my lunch, taken a lovely big bite to find that it was in fact a meat sandwich of some description. I don’t eat meat, so this was a surprise - and not in a good way. I have rung and asked for a refund, which they are unable to do (I’m pretty sure most card providers allow recent transactions to be voided...). TBF they have offered to deliver my sandwich, but funny enough I really don’t fancy a subway right now! I’m not sure if this is new staff (a couple of new faces I don’t recognise), but this is a pretty bad mistake for a chain that prides itself on giving the customer exactly what they want on their sub. Can do better!
