Last week my experience somehow was terrible as I felt treated like a wild animal. Some staff do not have the skills to serve or deal with customers. From 1 to 10 I shall give 1 probably not even that.Food: 4/5
Ok but bread sometimes not very fresh,staff can b a bit slow and Co.pleatlyignoredmy 13 Yr old and served other people after her in queue!Food: 3/5
Clean and tidy, the girls are constantly cleaning. No tea or coffee served unfortunately but can get this in the petrol station
Come in 3/4 times now for breakfast and there's never any staff out the front. Shouldn't have to call out for staff every time you want something to eat and when you do they say they'll be right with you and you have to end up going to Gregg's next door. Some people are on a lunch break stopping off and have limited time. Ridiculous

As a fuel delivery driver, I travel all around England and this Subway franchise has got to be one of, if not the worst one in the country. The staff come across rude and seem like they don't want to be there, and the prices are always different from one week to the next. Maybe it's a training issue for the staff, which is a shame as its conveniently placed for any driver heading towards Cambridge and beyond via the A10.
You can't beat a good Subway.... And this is a good Subway! Only bad thing I can think of is there's no proper queuing area, people just stand all around in the front and it's hard to tell who's waiting to be served and who's already ordered, also the shop is quite small so it's hard to keep 2 metres apart. The food however is on point, delicious!
Chip on shoulder blonde girl rushes you and makes you feel akward and I’ve previously told her to slow down. I want my sub to be made with love not look like the inside of a wheelie bin. I saw there was no onion left and asked for more onion and she scrapes the scraps on bottom of the pot rather than get fresh. Bread burnt. Terrible service
Unfriendly rude. Bad hygiene practices in full view of my face I would of walked away if I hadn't paid for my meant to be signature wrap but even that wasn't a wrap and the server clearly could do it or had no training on how to do it. I would normally choose subway over most fast food but it's now a no from me
One star is to many. Staff clearly need more training, Ive been In a few subways and the staff usually take pride in there subs. Well you can forget that here! She practically threw the food at the sub and was quiet rude do not recommend!!!
