Worst staff this place have just now!!! Disgusting attitude and they don’t even make your sandwich properly. Avoid
Absolutely abhorrent service was lied to i’m told that there was no set an option even though I have sat in this particular subway multiple times in the past. There were two women work in the slightly larger one was awfully rude and was making up lies in order to finish working faster. On top of this there were two full bin bags in the middle of the floor when we walked in and they were not moved for the entirety of the time we were ordering. Cheeky rude and lying lazy staff
Owner contacted me about vacancy as a manager at the store I went to meet him told me the staff were not doing thier job right and needed someone to fix it out .After meeting the owner he said he would let me know when it would start ,after about 2 weeks I made contact with the owner he said he was not hiring anymore I think he used this as a scare tactic and to get the staff scared staff at this shop watch out the owner lies
Terrible service. The staff are so rude and cheeky. I wouldn’t even give 1 star Kid-friendliness: So rude to children !!
I filled up 3 Pepsi and we couldn't drink any off them was very disappointed. As we ordered 3 x foot long too I think they should check the dispenser so people don't get fizzy coloured water no taste it was disgusting.
Only giving it a 2 star because of the man that had great customer service and was very polite. The larger lady was very unprofessional and kept making faces, and kept trying to joke about when they were clearly busy, even when the man and other woman ignored her to get on with their work. She also shouted at the woman accusing the other woman of forgetting to give me my nachos when it was her that forgot about them. I’ve never had a problem with any of the other staff members, besides the larger woman, who freaks out when it’s busy.
Ordered for collection, but they only starting making the order when I told them I was here to collect. Got the wrong sauce on my sub
Lazy staff, more concerned with getting on their break than hearing the order. Gave the wrong sauce and they threw away the receipt so couldn't get a refund. Subpar on their better days, won't go back.
As a subway fan daily this has to be the worst. Especially when it's busy. The staff freak out. Throw the sandwiches together and add certain veg when you don't want it. Several times been in and stuff off the menu. Like how? Manager needs a kick up. Order stock and train staff accordingly or you'll destroy the sub.
The staff are always quick and efficient. It's always good to have an idea of what you want the sandwich fillings are in the display and you can choose from a variety of bread.
