Costa coffee Falkirk retail park simply just the best. The staff are first class, always willing to please and help. They all deresve recognition . I love the atmosphere inside. I'd go everyday if I could. Well done to you all
It's a typical Costa. Some very friendly staff but others are just cold and come across as rude. They have signs up telling you be nice to the staff. This should work both ways. I asked for no cream the barsita was rude.
Table service after ordering should stay! Not just during social distancing. More personal service. Staff are friendly and efficient.
Just popped in for a takeaway soya hot choc and a wee chocolate and hazelnut cookie. Hot choc was indeed hot and the cookie was scrumptious. Staff friendly and efficient. What more could you ask for.

Im a frequent visitor to this place, thought I’d get into Xmas spirit and order mince pie. Server asks if I want cream so I said yes. Got my bill and was charged 50p for a scoosh of cream, what a complete rip off as I was not informed they charged for this when I ordered.
