Ordered through a third party app, food came about half hour late. All food was cold, I get its a sub but I ordered toasted and wasn't warm at all. Had ordered a footlong and only a 6inch sub arrived that looked like an absolute dogs dinner! I called up the store to be told I had to go through just eat and when I told them I had done this before in the past and only got refunded the surcharge the rude lady replied with well that's the only way your going to be able to get any money back. Would not recommend at all! Go maccies over this restaurant I shall nit be ordering from this subway again..
Ordered on Uber and was missing a whole meal deal and the extra waffle fries I paid for. When I called up to find a solution to this I got told to go to Uber and they will sort it out which I explained to the women on the phone that it was not Ubers fault as the bag was still completely sealed up so nothing had been taken out. We then went to eat our sandwiches and they were freezing cold along with the side of meatballs. We phoned up again to explain we really not happy and just got told there was nothing they could do so we had to eat cold food and half was missing would not recommend eating here at all and the manager was very rude on the phone
While seated I overheard how the older woman talks to the delivery staff, you can't stand there, you stand over there with the drivers, no you can't take this order until we make the other order, have you got a problem? It's the look on your face.. it will be ready when it's ready you need to sit over there and wait until you're called. To customers who walked in they were told no you can't use the toilet unless you are dining in, you'll have to pay for food first huge queue then you can use the toilet. THIS IS ALL COMING FROM THE SAME WOMAN, huge attitude problem and bitter towards delivery drivers especially.
Massive queue, staff can't keep up with delivery orders, those are being piled up hence no space to make sandwiches for customers waiting in the restaurants. Sub was just slapped together, it was falling apart before they managed to wrap it up.Food: 2/5
I have ordered from subway many times including today and every time I’m dissapointed . I will stop ordering from there anymore . Every time they forget to put cheese and toast my sandwich even though I always select it in the menu . They forgot to add extras that I requested as well . They even given me the wrong drink ! I understand this can happen once but always ? That’s mad ! I totally don’t recommend buying from there . The salad that they put in sandwiches is gross .
i am absolutely amazed with the young lad called thomas in there! he was so kind to me and my family and is a very well mannered lad the food was delicious i’ll defo be going back there thank you for brightening up my day thomas! he even polished my olives for me
Extremely slow staff, a lengthy queue and the staff are happily just chatting away about nothing work related , no sense of urgency or care that people are waiting, the food was average and staff were friendly when we finally got served. Food was averageFood: 3/5
The food was great, but my friends and I were treated appallingly by the staff. We were told we couldn't sit down because we hadn't ordered yet, even though our friends were currently being served by her; even though we all walked in together! Only one other table was occupied at the time, by a women who had not ordered yet, so I am not sure why we were targeted as a group of young students. I wish we had gotten her name. Will not be sitting in again.
My girlfriend ordered a salad with chicken tikka and cheese some of the lettuce was brown she got less than a teaspoon of greated cheese and two teaspoons of chicken tikka when I ordered my foot long with steak the steak was wet I don’t know how that’s even possible.won’t be coming back !Food: 1/5
Considering this is a public place to eat, people should be able to actually come in and eat without being harassed by the staff there, and yet when my friends and I were visiting, we were told we cannot sit at the table unless we were paying customers. We WERE paying customers. When we were instructed to move, we did so, to another table, and we were subjected to glares from the staff. If you can enjoy your food after being treated terribly by the staff, that's okay. Otherwise, I'd suggest buying food elsewhere. Disappointing.
