Got my usual tuna on wheat with honey mustard. Found out Subway changed their honey mustard. It's totally nasty now, like some disgusting spicy sauce. Totally disappointed. I used to get at least two tuna on wheat sandwiches a week with honey mustard. I won't be eating at Subway again. There should have been advanced notice regarding the change. I would NEVER had purchased such a nasty tasting sandwich had I known about the change.
Absolutely nasty. When I went to pick up my food it looked like a cow had been grazing in the food prep area. My sandwich literally had fistfulls of cheese on it, and though it came in a brown paper bag the sandwich itself wasn’t even wrapped in the white subway wrap. I just threw my sandwich away and went elsewhere for food.Food: 1/5
Quick service and tasty food but they have food all over the place. Its kinda gross. There was cheese in with the meat and pieces of different ingredients all over around the food trays. Barely toasted one of my subs and closed my pizza in the box with one of the folds on top my pizza. Watched her do it and notice it but didn't bother to fix it. I believe they need a better quality and cleanliness standard. Other than that still love the brand.
Took the Buffalo sauce away?
They were unpleasant. I asked about meat quantity on 1 of 4 sandwiches cause it looked considerably less. She snapped at me and said it was fine, and if she added more, I would be charged more. I took the sandwich but I won't be going back.Food: 2/5
The lady that waited on me was the rudest person that I think I’ve ever encountered. The way she spoke to me in the way I was treated was absolutely horrible if I didn’t want to get home I would’ve left and went to the one on west side which I’m gonna have to start going to as long as this person works here. Was not about to ask for a manager with her in there but I will be calling in the morning and talking to a manager. Food is always great here but customer service is lacking
The food is always great but I gave it 4 stars because the workers always seem like they don’t wanna be there. They aren’t extremely rude but you can tell they hate their jobs.
Food was very good. The family liked it. I gave four stars only because I ordered a kids meal for my child, they ended up only giving me.the sandwich. Was not to happy about that. As well as the main manager was by the door and seen I had my hands full. She did not even offer to open the door for me. I ended up grabbing it my self while balancing my food. Wish they were more customer friendly and considerate of the customers
I've been here twice now and have had 4 different customer experiences, and they've been good every time! the lady even changed her gloves after making my boyfriends tuna sandwich before starting mine, which I appreciate since I hate tuna, and that has been something I've been less satisfied about in other subways I have been to. great job!
Had a rather terrible experience the last time I went there. I waited at the counter for a couple minutes and no one showed up. Then I went over and looked in the back and there were two guys just standing there doing nothing. I had to get their attention and tell them I was ready to buy something until someone finally came out. Then when the guy came out he had an attitude like I had interrupted his precious duties or whatever he was doing.
