Absolutely not professional nor clean. Workers with no gloves as well as no hair nets. My food was tossed in the bag as if they were throwing trash away. Fries were throughout the bag burgers were absolutely disgusting . No effort made at all. Manager wasnt at all professional either. If I could give them a negative 5 I would. There was no care or positive attitude in that entire place. They should be shut down. This place should be ashamed. Will never go there again. They need to take a tip or two from Newington nh McDonald's
Restaurant is dirty and the service is extra slow. Staff are not very friendly at all. I understand this is a fast food restaurant, not fine dining but this place needs to be managed more properly.Food: 1/5
The wait was unacceptable seeing how this was a doordash order. But that's not all. Me and my daughter were trying to talk but couldn't help but be disturbed my the manager or just a worker yelling at the employees even though they were doing everything they could. The place was also extremely dirty. Worst McDonald's I have been too before.
You know when you're cleaning your car and you find an old crusty fry under the seat? That is the quality of the fries they serve here. The food they gave me was literally inedible. Awful location.Food: 1/5
Placed an order for curbside on the app for the kiddos while heading back from Wallis Sands. Arrived and parked in spot 5 and typed that into the app. Car after car after car came and went thru the drive thru. After a 15 minute wait we went inside feel free to timestamp all this with your cctv to find our bag sitting wide open on the front counter even though marked with a giant ‘5’ on the attached receipt. We asked for our drink cup and the employee asked ‘can you wait a minute’ as she rolled her eyes. She ending up just walking away… around the corner. Another employee jumped in and grabbed us our cup. Unfortunately at that point our food was ice cold. Kids ate the fries anyway as they were hungry. The kicker after all this, when we got home we opened up our 4 piece nugget there were only 3 nuggets… First time visiting here in years and we will NOT be back. We will stick to the newington and Dover locations when in a bind and the kids are hangry.
Never in my life should this have happened at McDonald’s of all places, honestly they should instal a mother’s bathroom because it is so annoying to access the changing table when it’s in the big stall. I couldn’t access the changing table today because of a woman, who wouldn’t move and suggested I change my son on there yucky floor and she said I was harassing her and screamed for help. All I wanted to do was change my son and couldn’t, the manager didn’t do anything about her and the fact that she was still intimidating me and my kids because she did what she thought was funny. Yet he gets mad at me because I’m annoyed and defending myself and protecting my kids. When there’s a problem management should see it and not assume it’s just one person when it’s another. I got no help from anyone yes my son got changed but i couldn’t change my daughter either and had to change her at the park while waiting for fireworks
Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Will leave you standing there all day while they only take drive through orders, then make you feel like you’re a problem when they finally get to you. Has happened on multiple occasions, I thought maybe it was just a bad day the first time, was shown that it is in fact just how this place operates. Unless you want to sit here for 25 minutes just to get your order taken, I would go somewhere else.
Ordered 6piece nugget happy meal, NO apples 2 fry's, with a coke. Ketchup packets A 10 piece nugget meal with a coke and 1 mcdouble. Sweet and sour I pay 2nd window she hands me the happy meal, and an apple juice. No thank you it's a coke. She hands me my coke and then goes and asks the manager what to do. Brings me a coke. I check the happy meal maybe they misunderstood the 2 fry no apples bit. Frys are there good to go I park. There's no mcdouble. Or sweet and sour I.get back in the drive through skip to 2nd window. "We missed the mcdouble" The girl confused goes to manager. Again to which I hear the manager " can someone make a mcdouble that he didnt order" "Like the apple juice you tried to give me that I didn't order or the sweet and sour I didn't get? If 3 things are wrong maybe it's you? And maybe don't talk $#*+ where the customer can hear you?" I still didn't get the sweet and sour and threw the mcdouble away because I didn't trust it at that point.
Stopped in on a Sunday at 11, we were the first to sit inside. Food was fine, the problem was the cleanliness of this location. It was disgusting. The drink station was completely covered in dried soda, almost every table has trash or old food on it and the floor had trash under the tables. There were quite a few people behind the small counter, besides delivering orders, not one person came out I'm the 30 minutes we were there. I hate to see what it looks like in the areas where customers can't see. Some customers were also confused on how to order, no one helped give directions.
The person taking our order was friendly, polite and outstanding. Sometimes the person is inpatient and doesn't say thank you. I definitely did not experience that this time. Dietary restrictions: We have dairy dietary restrictions. We order without butter, cheese, Big Mac sauce. It was correct this time.
