Nice modern premises, decent sandwiches and it's priced in line with other fast food/quick service places. Very good veggie options and the staff seem to be clued up on preventing cross contamination etc in this regard. Delivery on the standard takeaway apps, sometimes takes a little while but not had a bad meal.
The staff are just plain old rude as you like and look like they hate the world and their jobs. Miserable place. Doesn't make the sandwich taste any better either

Got charged £1.30 for some water!
A female worker was extremely rude and abrupt to customers. The Shop is filthy, the area surrounding the till was thick with some sort of dust as was the floor. I'm not normally one to complain but manners cost nothing, and this woman needs some training in customer service. 13/08/2020. 11:00am
Ordered 3 subs, 2 should have been toasted. Nearly an hour late, toasted subs freezing, crisps missing from order. Not good enough for the money you charge!
Got the meat feast footlong on Italian bread,wife got 6" chicken & bacon,very tasty,staff were friendly and helpful
