Used to be great but it must have been taken over I ordered vermicelli they used pasta spaghetti as noddles no joke. The salt and pepper chips went in the bin everything else tasted like it was coated in 3 inches of salt arrived late over cooked and cold I only order from here when I can't be bothered walking to lancelyn plaice not only are lancelyn £9 cheaper for the same order but a 1000% better . won't be ordering from here again ever
Ordered food from here for a while but never again. We asked for cheese on the chips and paid online when it was delivered they charged £4 for the cheese, when we questioned the price for cheese we were told to give the cheese back if we didn't want to pay for it we paid the £4 but out of principle will never return. Rip customers off then expect for the bad review, also I never leave reviews good or bad so that shows how I feel. Enjoy the £4 but ill tell as many as I can to avoid. Regards Cheesy chips
Just awful! Parts of the order missing/wrong. Chicken in black bean so salty it was inedible, Chips were 'warm ups', rice was crunchy, the list is endless! When called to ask if they could bring the missing items, I was greeted by a 'delightful' lady who obviously doesn't have any customer service skills. "Next time you order we will replace the missing dishes?" Avoid!!!
Ordered food from hear once a few years ago and it was ok, pretty average for a Chinese takeaway. So gave it another go recently... It was the worst Chinese food I've ever had. Do not recommend. Also I saw on the news they got a zero star hygiene rating...
Food turned up stone cold let alone 2 hours late, when rung to complain got abuse on phone & told its too busy & then the phone put down mid coversation. Wouldn’t even serve the food to a dying cat let alone humans. Poor customer service avoid like the plague.
Don’t get me wrong the food was nice but I ordered salt pepper ribs large for £7 I got 5 small ribs I dread to think what the small portion was maybe 2 small ribs for £6 , I phoned and asked thought maybe they sent small instead but no she said that’s the large, I’m disgusted to be honest so wouldn’t order them again
I ordered fillet steak in chilli sauce, it was vile, totally inedible. The meal smelled more like a sewer than something you’d put in a plate. The steak was slimy and I don’t believe for a second it was fillet.
food arrived still hot but lots of order missing so by the time we got the missing parts of our meal it had gone cold. Dont think I will be using this place again.very disappointing. Stale crispy wontons overcooked chicken skewers
Absolute joke of a place. Food came with incorrect items ie no chips or rice and wrong food came ie asked for no veg and veg came and only had 6 pieces of beef. When rung up to query met with verbal abuse and had phone put down on us several times. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.
It goes without saying that your food is the best around !!! But I’d just like to mention the lovely staff who deliver so polite and make it more special Thank you 5stars for delivery staff
