Ordered a couple times now and its been 5/5 each time. We usually order from Coseley but seen as they kept getting orders wrong and sending food with nothing on the bread, we were put off subway. Will definitely be using this branch again.Food: 5/5
i was visit there two time every time they aad extra thing and charge me extra and last time they aad me 2 boiled egg in dinner other side i'm not like egg she was not ask me about it and charge me extra she give me a rubies bread that was i have to putt i ben . next time i will never visit thereRecommended dishesChicken Tikka
Only sent half of my order I called the store, the staff was rude on the phone said I must of had it as she said she had made 2. There was only 1 subway in the bag, told me I needed to go to the store to sort it out as she qas on her own but it was OK for me to leave 2 children at home for her. Obviously I didn't go told her to ring her manager to sort it out she said she would and put the phone down. I called back again she still said I had done something with 1 of the subways as she had made 2, I said I wouldn't be ringing if there wasn't a problem with my order. Shocking customer service skills and the way I got spoken to was disgusting. Manager needs to train the staff how to talk to customers instead of blaming them for taking their own food. Won't order from here again or enter the shop. Absolutely shocking!!!!
I’ve ordered 3 wraps toasted. They came and they were in fact not toasted. All 3 of them were cold. When I went on Justeat to ask for a refund, they got back to me the next day saying that they are unable to give a full refund because the food came before the estimated delivery time. This is what they said exactly. “I have looked over the order details and found that it was delivered before the estimated delivery time. This means it's not possible to offer a refund, as it isn't likely that the order could have been reasonably delivered any hotter based on the time it took to arrive.”

The food is good, but the main problem I kept having is they always get the order wrong when I’m ordering online, I don’t know if it’s the staff not paying attention to the order properly or what, but as someone that’s pregnant whenever they’ve got my order wrong I’ve been close to crying because I do enjoy subway but this subway kinda ruins it for me everytime I order online.
I eat here nearly everyday, I love the stuff , Everytime going in there they were cleaning , the food is great , always fresh ! .Food: 5/5
Ordered from here on just eat 3 times first time was okay, nothing wrong with the order. 2nd time they mixed up the salads on the two sandwiches making them inedible, got the drinks totally wrong and gave me meatless meatballs instead of normal when I rang the shop they just said to ring just eat. 3rd time its hot and didn't want to cook or get anything heavy so I thought I'd give it another go steak and cheese sandwich was fine but I ordered chicken and bacon sandwich and they gave me nacho chicken bites on a sandwich with mayo lettuce and sweetcorn with no drinks even though they were both meals. Won't order from here again just a waste of time and money, can't get a simple order right and don't even have the decency to ring you to tell you something isn't available.
It would have no stars for me but it won't let me. Ordered from uber eats. Uber driver came to collect order and they sent it with another driver to different address they refused to phone uber eats or make another order up for me. Uber driver phoned me to apologise himself and said they were so rude to him. When I called them one of the ladies who worked there couldn't speak English and was so rude shouting at the girl who I was on the phone too. Cancelled my order am yet to receive refund
